THE
29TH ANNUAL DAYTIME EMMY AWARDS
The National Academy of Television Arts &
Sciences

21st Century Security had the honor of providing a 50 man security team
for perimeter and interior security at Madison Square Garden. Hundreds
of soap opera stars arrived with their families, friends and colleagues
in a never ending parade of black limousines to attend this gala dinner
and awards evening. Television cameras and security professionals swung
into action along the red carpet walkway leading to the entrance as
crowds of loyal fans screamed from across the barricades.
AMERICAN
ISRAEL PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE (AIPAC)

21st Century Security was called upon to provide high level security
elements which included specialized "intelligence" personnel
as well as magnetometers; hand held "wands" and bomb sniffing
dogs. This black tie event was held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New
York. A sophisticated clientele of nearly 1,000 people gathered safely
that evening along with dignitaries such as, US Senator Joseph Biden,
Jr. and Congressman Anthony Weiner.
WORLD
ECONOMIC FORUM
The world's most
powerful policy makers, diplomats, politicians and entrepreneurs gathered
in seminar rooms and hallways of the Waldorf-Astoria in Manhattan. Tony
and his team of men and women were there for a fear filled week as part
of a carefully drawn security plan which also had to take into account
the maze of check-points, detours and closed streets. For the chief
executives and prime ministers, economists and "media leaders"
gathered at this event the main atmosphere was anxiety. However, increased
levels of security helped keep this potentially volatile venue under
control.
ALLEN
IVERSON WEDDING
NBA all-star
Allen Iversons' wedding celebration. After signing a confidentiality
agreement, 21st Century Security put together a team of 33 men and women,
all security professionals in their own right with a combined total
of 1,000 years of security experience to provide a complete and comprehensive
security package for the NBA stars wedding. This mammoth undertaking,
which was given the name "OPERATION HONEYMOON", included arranging
transportation and movement of family, friends and teammates from area
hotels in Philadelphia, Pa. to the venue in Voorhees, New Jersey. Because
of the secrecy surrounding the entire wedding, the invited guests were
escorted onto buses without knowledge of where the reception was to
be held. The operation needed a motorcade worthy of The U.S. President
with twelve (12) vehicles, transportation buses, unmarked cars, suburbans,
etc... It all went off without a hitch, (excuse the pun).
